September is here, but that doesn't mean that summertime fun has to end! There are plenty of ways for you to enjoy the last few weeks of sunshine and warm weather left before it's time to break out your sweatpants and sweaters. In this blog post, we'll talk about some great exercises that can be done in September.
An early morning run is one of the best exercises to do in September. It helps with weight loss, boosts energy levels and gets you through an entire day feeling refreshed! If running isn't your thing (or if it's getting dark too fast for a nocturnal creature like yourself), try going out on bike rides or hikes instead. You can take your dog along for company too!
